You don't always need to eat meat and fish to feel full. Sometimes, a nice plate of vegetables that are properly prepared can be just the right meal. Here, I have a few ideas of veggie meals you may want to try.
A salad of iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, leek, lentils, avocado and hummus with roasted kabocha pumpkin.
A salad of spinach, baby carrots, mushrooms, raisins, walnuts/cashew nuts, mixed with hummus.
Roasted sweet potatoes and Swiss chard wraps (with lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, avocado and hummus inside).
A bed of spinach, topped with rice and bean mix (kidney beans, tomato sauce, hummus, spices). Decorated with carrot strips.
